Italian visual artist Alessandro Sicioldr is a “painter of the imaginary,” depicting visions from his unconscious mind using a mix of contemporary and traditional techniques. Rejecting the pop art movement that recreates images from ‘literal things,’ Alessandro’s artworks are of the idea that spectrality is the true and substantial essence of all possible worlds.

With his striking mastery of heavy atmospheric landscapes, chiaroscuro, and surreal imagery, Alessandro has amassed a strong international following; having participated in over 27 group exhibitions in Belgium, France, Rome, Italy, Ireland, and the USA, and eight solo exhibitions all over Italy.
