Morgan Rosskopf (b. 1987) is a visual artist living and working in Portland, OR. Her work meditates on love and and its many opposites. Believing that truth and meaning lie in nuance, she overwhelms her drawings with information, hoping for revelation in chaos.
Morgan received her MFA in Fine Art from the University of Oregon in 2013 and her BFA in Printmaking from Sonoma State University in 2010. Exhibiting in group shows internationally in Tokyo, Japan (2015) and throughout The United States, her first international solo exhibition, “Let Me Love and Steal,” opens November 10th, 2018 at Galerie Stephanie in Manila. Alongside her rigorous studio practice, Morgan works as a floral designer, further entangling art and life. She has received multiple grants from the Oregon Arts Commission, co-founded and served as Creative Director of Colibri, and taught illustration courses at PNCA.
